Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details before placing it, including sizing and design selections.

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the problem

We’ll review the case and send a replacement or refund if appropriate—at no extra cost to you.
